Here are some ways you can change up your routine to help look out for your heart:

Take a close look at your eyelids and skin around your eyes for abnormalities (like waxy growths) while applying a cleanser, moisturizer, or while taking off makeup.
Check out the color and shape of your nails and fingertips next time you clip or paint your nails, or get a manicure. (Try to do the same with your toes/toenails.)

Reflect Effect Bamboo Buff Exfoliating Polish. Whew! That's a mouthful to say. I feel like I've not shared enough about this AMAZING product. What is it and why would your skin benefit? Just as the name suggests, it's exfoliating and "polishing". Who doesn't love a great exfoliator and I know I love to look polished!

I've attached an image that explains how to use the Bamboo Exfoliating Polish, but suffice it to say that your skin will look and feel it's best after adding this into your regime.
