✨ Big News! My new booking website is officially LIVE! ✨

I've been working behind the scenes to make booking your appointments easier, smoother, and more organized 🥰
Along with the new booking site comes a few updated salon policies that will help me provide the best experience possible for everyone. Please take a few minutes to read through the changes before scheduling your next appointment.

Booking:
• All appointments must be booked through my new booking website. I will no longer be manually scheduling appointments.
• A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Your payment information is securely protected.
• Most services now require a booking deposit. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule, but are non-refundable for no call/no shows or last-minute cancellations.
• If you experience any issues with your booking, need to reschedule within 24 hours due to an emergency, or have questions about your deposit, please text me and I'll help as I'm able.

Payments:
• I accept cash, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and payments through GlossGenius.
• Payments processed through GlossGenius include processing fees set by the platform.
• I do not accept checks.
• If paying with cash, please plan to bring exact change, as I do not keep cash in my salon suite.
• If you're working within a budget, have questions about pricing, or would like to discuss a payment plan, please reach out! The answer is always "no" unless you ask. I'm happy to have a conversation.

Service Timing & Pricing:
• Appointment lengths shown online reflect the maximum amount of time your service may take. We'll discuss a more accurate time estimate during your consultation.
• Unless otherwise noted, services are priced by the hour based on the labor required.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• If an emergency comes up, please text me. I understand that life happens and will work with you when possible.
• If you're running late, let me know! If you're more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be considered a cancellation/no show and the cancellation fee will apply. Even a quick "OMW!" text can save you time and money.

Salon & Safety:
• Phenix Salon Suites is monitored by video and audio recording for safety purposes. My salon suite is being monitored and recorded for safety purposes. Security footage is private. Your image or likeness will never be used by me for promotional content without your permission.
• Please be mindful of your volume and conversation topics. While I usually keep my suite door closed, many neighboring businesses do not, and the rooms are not soundproof.
• I strive to provide a relaxing one-on-one experience. You're welcome to bring one guest, but my suite cannot accommodate more than three people total.
• Some appointments may require a Release of Liability waiver. You're always welcome to take time to review it, consult with family or legal counsel, or decline to sign. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for doing so, though booking deposits remain non-refundable.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or provide appropriate consent documentation.
• All chemical services follow manufacturer safety guidelines. If a product has age restrictions, we'll gladly discuss safe alternatives to help you reach your hair goals.
• If you need accommodations for a disability/condition, please let me know in advance so I can make your visit as comfortable as possible.
• My salon is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone. Please bring pictures of your fur babies if they are not trained to perform a life saving task!
