In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Clayco team at the Rivian project site shared a meaningful reminder with the women working in the field about the importance of breast cancer awareness and prioritizing their health and well-being.

The moment also highlighted the importance of supporting women in construction and fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported and empowered to care for their health.

The Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park(IQMP) has been named the inaugural Team Illinois Partner of the Year by the Illinois EDC recognizing the collaboration bringing this first-of-its-kind innovation campus to life.

Anchored by PsiQuantum and developed in partnership with Related Midwest, CRG, Clayco, and LJC, IQMP is bringing together leaders across the public, private, academic, and research communities around a shared vision for quantum innovation.

For Clayco, the impact extends well beyond construction. The project is creating opportunities for local businesses and craft professionals today while laying the foundation for future jobs, scientific discovery, and long-term investment on Chicago’s South Side.

Congratulations to the entire IQMP team and all of the partners helping establish Illinois as a global destination for quantum technology.

Our 2026 Kids Dig event brought families together for a hands-on look at the world of construction. We welcomed 250 kids to get up close with construction equipment, explore the tools and technology behind our work, and experience what makes building so exciting.

More than a day of fun, Kids Dig is an opportunity to spark curiosity, introduce the next generation to the possibilities within our industry, and make an impact beyond the jobsite. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, this year’s event raised over $300,000!

Thank you to our volunteers, partners, families, and everyone who helped make this year’s event such a memorable one. We loved seeing so many future builders in action!

Habitat for Humanity Chicago’s Women Build brought hundreds of volunteers together in West Pullman to help create safe, affordable homeownership opportunities for Chicago families.

Women from across the city’s design, construction, and business communities rolled up their sleeves around a shared purpose, investing their time and talents to make a meaningful impact in the neighborhood.

The LJC + Clayco team was excited to be part of the effort, raising the most funds among participating teams and taking home the win in the hammer relay! The day also brought Women Build to WGN, helping shine a light on the work happening in West Pullman and the importance of continued investment in Chicago communities.

We’re grateful to be part of what this community is building together!

The infrastructure behind the next generation of technology is being built now.

In a new Forbes feature, Clayco's Founder and Executive Chairman Bob Clark shares his perspective on the extraordinary growth of data centers, the demands of AI infrastructure, and why he believes this transformation is still in its early stages.

It is a conversation informed by more than four decades of building, challenging convention, and anticipating where our industry is headed next.

Today, our team is delivering some of the most complex and critical projects in the country. That work requires more than scale. It requires technical expertise, speed, innovation, and an understanding of the responsibility that comes with building infrastructure that will shape communities and industries for decades.

Bob has always pushed Clayco to look beyond the project in front of us and ask what comes next.

This Forbes feature is a look at exactly that. Read the full story from Christopher Helman: https://ow.ly/Xf2m50ZT3S6

We build careers by creating opportunities. Clayco and CCDI have launched the first of three skilled-trades training cohorts in Social Circle, Georgia, with 24 local residents participating in the inaugural program.

Led by Construction Ready, the fully funded pre-apprenticeship program provides hands-on training and eight industry certifications designed to prepare participants for careers in construction and the skilled trades. Participants will also connect directly with employers at a hiring fair and tour the Rivian electric vehicle manufacturing facility currently under development at Stanton Springs North.

As we help deliver major projects, we also have an opportunity to invest in the people and communities around them. Programs like this create pathways into our industry, strengthen the local workforce, and help participants build careers that can extend well beyond a single project.

Thank you to CCDI, Construction Ready, and everyone helping bring this opportunity to the Social Circle community. https://ow.ly/wc4l50ZSrpg

All eyes are on what’s next. And they’re on the people building it.

As AI accelerates advances in medicine, climate solutions, scientific discovery, and industries around the world, the infrastructure making that progress possible is taking center stage.

Clayco is helping build that infrastructure. At the same time, we’re putting AI to work across our own enterprise, giving our teams better tools to solve complex challenges, identify opportunities earlier, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

As more attention turns to the people and infrastructure behind AI, we’re focused on what we’ve always done: bringing expertise, innovation, and human judgment together to solve our customers’ toughest challenges.

That’s the story we’re sharing in Fast Company this week.

The world is watching what AI can do. We’re building what makes it possible. At Clayco, we .

Once again, our riders, volunteers, families, and supporters came together for a weekend dedicated to one goal: helping create a world without cancer.

Pedal the Cause is more than a bike ride. It brings the St. Louis community together to raise critical funding for innovative cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

We’re grateful to everyone who cheered on Team Clayco this year! Every mile and every contribution helps move lifesaving research forward.
