💄✨ Last day of Makeup & Lashes! ✨💄

Today was a little chaotic from the start! We had our class potluck, but I realized I left my food at home 🤦‍♀️ so I had to make an emergency Publix run. Somehow, I made it back to school with about 15 minutes to spare! 😂

We practiced another full lash set today (and I completely forgot to take an after picture 😭), enjoyed our potluck lunch, and then stayed for night school AGAIN. By the end of the day, I was definitely feeling the exhaustion, but we managed to get 2 more perms checked off my requirements! 🎉

I’m tired, but I’m so excited to be back on the floor tomorrow and continue working toward graduation. Every service completed gets me one step closer! 💇‍♀️✨

Back on the floor after 3 weeks of makeup, and today was one for the books! 🤣✂️

I decided to use the tiniest curling iron barrel I own on the doll with the LONGEST hair possible (because why make life easy? 😂). Then I left her in the wash house during break and came back to find her sitting in the sink with soaking wet hair and a drape on, looking like she was patiently waiting for me to finish her service. 💀🤣

To top it all off, I wore heeled boots all day and my feet are currently demanding workers’ compensation. 👢😭

Of course, there were also plenty of behind-the-scenes shenanigans with Zach and Karen because no day at school is complete without some laughs!

Another day of learning, growing, and making memories at ✨ Paul Mitchell The School Orlando ✨. I wouldn’t have it any other way! 💚✂️

What an incredible weekend! 💜✂️🎢

I had the opportunity to attend the Premiere Hair Show, where I learned so much, saw amazing artistry, and left feeling inspired and excited for my future in the beauty industry. Being surrounded by so many talented professionals reminded me why I love this field so much!

One of the biggest highlights was meeting the AMAZING Bailey and Charlie Lavender. They were genuinely some of the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met. It was such an honor to meet them, and I can officially say that whoever came up with the phrase “never meet your heroes” was completely wrong! 🤪💜

To top it all off, I spent time at Epic Universe, making even more unforgettable memories. Between the education, inspiration, and adventure, this was a weekend I’ll be talking about for a long time.

My heart is full, my feet are tired, and my camera roll is overflowing—but I wouldn’t have it any other way! ✨📸💜

💄✨ Day 5 of makeup class was such a special day!

Today was our first time using our makeup on a REAL person! We started with a demo, then recreated makeup looks from the 1920s, 30s, and 40s before finishing with a freestyle look of our own. It was so much fun seeing the different styles come to life and getting hands-on experience outside of face charts.

A huge thank you to the best model ever, Pemika! ❤️ Thank you for trusting me and making my first makeup model experience such a great one.

I’m learning so much every day, gaining confidence with each class, and falling more in love with makeup artistry. I already can’t wait to see what we learn on Tuesday! ✨😊

Today was one of those days that I know I’ll remember for a long time.

I had the privilege of meeting Winn Claybaugh and Giulio Veglio, and it was truly an honor. Both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and inspiring. Winn even signed my book, which made the experience even more special.

As a cosmetology student, it’s motivating to meet people who have had such a positive impact on the beauty industry and on so many students pursuing their dreams. Their words and encouragement reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

I’m also incredibly excited because, as one of the First 100, I’ll be traveling to Los Angeles this October and will have the opportunity to see Winn again! It still feels surreal, and I’m so grateful for all the opportunities this experience has given me.

Feeling thankful, inspired, and ready to keep working toward my goals. 💙✂️💄
