Some people unwind with TV. I unwind with dirt under my fingernails, a watering can in my hand, and way too many that somehow keep following me home.

Pumpkins are growing, baskets are filling out, cuttings are rooting, and every corner of the garden is becoming its own little world.

It’s not always perfect, but there’s something special about watching something thrive because you cared for it.
