One day 2 years ago, I stopped in to what used to be Nutrition Nook in Collinsville. Now .wellness

On my way to Grand Lake. It was really just for a quick breakfast and drink.
I did that off and on for a couple of weeks. And Mary finally asked me if I’d be interested in a wellness profile. I agreed and that ball got rolling for me to look more into my health.

I went to shortly after. Where the nutrition habits formed at the Nook was followed with bloodwork and hormone therapy.

Between these 2 places and all the amazing people at both, I am:

💕improved mental health
💕 PCOS/ PMOS symptoms managed

For the first time in my LIFE I can eat a full meal without worry of the scale.
