Today, our team spent the day learning with Redken, diving deeper into Shades EQ, the different color lines Redken offers, and how each one serves a unique purpose behind the chair. We talked about formulation, color placement, when to reach for certain products, and how understanding the “why” behind our choices helps us create better results for our guests.
Education isn’t just about learning what’s new. It’s about refining the fundamentals, asking questions, expanding our knowledge, and staying committed to growth no matter how long we’ve been doing this.

Big news for Brooke!
Brooke has officially completed The Social Protégé Program and is now an Independent Level 2 Stylist. We couldn’t be more proud of how much she has grown in such a short amount of time.
If you’ve ever sat in Brooke’s chair, you already know. She’s incredibly talented, has a true passion for blonding and extensions, and somehow manages to give one of the best head massages in the building while making you feel completely at home.
