I’ve been a little quiet on here since the start of the new year, partly because I needed a break, but also because the comparison game can get loud. So I’ve been pouring into what’s right in front of me, my business, the numbers, the stylists around me, my guests, my family, my home, my kids’ sports… the things I can actually grow and improve.

At the end of the day, the only person I’m competing with is who I was yesterday and becoming the best version of me is more than enough.
