Today, I had a couple scheduled for a massage appointment. They did not show up at their scheduled time. I called them twice, and both times, my calls were declined.

Because this has happened more than once, I made the decision to cancel their appointment and let them know that I would no longer be able to schedule future appointments for them.

Then, at 10:12, I received a call from a blocked number asking, “Did you just text us saying you’ll never book us again?”

I said yes. I had called twice, both calls were declined, and they had not arrived for their appointment.

The response was: “But it’s only 10:12! Am I not allowed to be late?” 😂

Honestly… sometimes you just have to take a step back and ask yourself, “Really?” 😂

We are a small business. We depend on our appointments and our clients for our income. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. When you don’t show up or arrive late without communicating with us, that time could have been given to another client.

We completely understand that things happen. If you’re running late, if something unexpected comes up, or if you can’t make your appointment, please just communicate with us. A simple phone call or message can make all the difference.

All we ask is communication, consideration, and respect.

Please respect the people who are providing a service for you, and please understand that our time is valuable too.

Small businesses work hard every day to serve our communities. Every appointment matters, and every client matters. 🤎

30-Minute Body Massage — $50
30-Minute Foot Massage — $50
60-Minute Foot Massage — $70

All other service prices will remain the same.
