I know you wish those initial results could have lasted forever! But let’s be real, the hair is going to grow back. But let’s talk about reasons why you shouldn’t shave it off in between treatments 💕

🌸 Changes your hair texture. When you wax, the hairs are removed from the roots and new, softer and finer hairs will grow in the place of the old ones. When you shave, you’re cutting the hair off right at skin level leaving you with thick, blunt tips growing out.

🌸 Changes hair growth pattern. When you go back in for you wax the hairs will be on different growth pattern since you cut it in between and reset all of the previous treatments and you won’t get the smoothest results.

🌸 Can cause ingrown hairs, razor cuts and irritation & it encourages faster regrowth.

🌸 Will make your next waxing appointment more uncomfortable.

Instead just keep the area exfoliated and moisturized so the hairs will be soft and easier to remove when it’s time to wax, and then book your wax treatment (if you haven’t already pre-booked it) 💖

Let’s talk about Waxing Aftercare! 🌸💕

Waxing Aftercare is VERY important! Your skin is very sensitive after the waxing session since you literally just had the hair follicles snatched from the roots! 😩 So you will need to take it easy for the next 24-48 hours of your session.

It’s important to follow these tips to avoid irritation, infection and ingrown hairs.

Make sure to wait atleast 48 hours to start exfoliating! Exfoliate 2/3 times a week and moisturize daily! 💕🌸
