This direct dye is PURPLE 💜 & was when I put it on her hair but when I washed it out, the end result was magenta pink! 🩷

This shows that color is unpredictable & each persons hair pulls different.

So give your stylist grace if sometimes things don’t turn out exactly as you think they should! 💕

Hair Concern/Complaint Policy

If a client ever has any problems/concerns about their hair, I am a stylist who will always happily make something right. I have a 10 day window where if a client reaches out to me I will take care of any concerns/mess up at no cost to the client. Beyond those 10 days if you reach out to me wanting additional work done to a service you receive then you will be charged because at this point you’ve had plenty of time to wash, fix & have a true read of your hair for a few days and should know if there are any concerns.

This has been my policy for years now but I just realized I didn’t have it posted at the top of my page so I’m just making this post for an update!
