We offer kids apparel and applique's, to digitizing for businesses. We carry lots of gift items or if your just in the market for something for yourself! We also offer embroidery on items you have already bought....even if its not from Personally Stitched. Please contact Personally Stitched with ANY questions you may have! Policies
Ordering:
*You must provide all info in order form.
*You MUST pi
ck out thread color and fonts or the best color/font will be picked
for you and will not be refundable!
*You can REQUEST a proof of an item if you are curious as to what it will look
like.
* Please allow 7 business days from date of payment for orders to be ready for
pickup. You can pay a rush fee to get an order quicker. Some items may take
longer if I have to order. I must have payment before I order.
*You can place orders online now through the website. Payments:
Payments MUST be made up front. You can place an order but until your order is
paid for it will not be processed. Orders not paid in 48 hours will be canceled. After 48 you will be contacted about payment. PayPal is the easiest/quickest way to pay. You can do cash drop off at Beach
Bunnies Tanning on Scherm Rd or you can contact me to pay by debit or credit
card. Pickups:
Pickups for orders ready will be at Beach Bunnies. I WILL NO LONGER be
delivering orders or picking them up. Sizing:
Pocket tees, hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts are Gildian brand.
1/4 zip pullovers Sport Tek brand
Infant and kids up to size 6 are USUALLY Monag brand (some cases Gildian may be
used)
Please make sure you pick the correct size when order. No refunds will be given
due to ordering the wrong sizing. *note in some cases other brands maybe used to
fill orders if regular brands are put of stock. You will be notified*
Most items are unisex. If you need help with sizing please do not hesitate to
ask. Refunds:
All monogramed orders are NON-RETURNABLE/RETURNABLE. No refunds or re-makes will
be made. The ONLY situation a re-make will be done is if the issue is my
mistake I then will re-make the item. Large Orders:
If you need several items for a school team, sorority, or group I will offer a
discount. For a price break most orders need to be 6 or more. If you have questions about anything please ask before ordering! I would be
happy to help in any way possible!
