I’ve recently joined the Mississippi Esthetics Association and am hopeful that, together, we can make progress and necessary changes for the future of our industry 🤍

Your license defines the services you can—and cannot—provide.

Remember:

• Barbers: No comedone extractions, waxing, manicures or epilation, except hair removal with tweezers. Depilation is permitted.
• Estheticians: No back facials, vagacial/vajacial services, lash lifts or head spa services.
• All licensees: Yoni steaming and buccal massage are not within the scope of any MSBCB license.

When in doubt, check your scope before providing the service.

If you know me, a hand written letter is my love language. I truly think it is such an intentional way to let someone know they are appreciated and valued 💌
