a handful of parsley
a handful of cilantro
1 tbsp of aloe vera juice
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cucumber
10 oz of water
1 whole lemon
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend for 60 seconds. Pour over ice and enjoy.
