Oxford neighbors, we know it’s been a challenging week with the winter storm. Walmart Store #699 is open on generator power, and we are working hard to bring extra relief resources directly to our parking lot to help you get through this.
Starting this Friday, Walmart Disaster Recovery units will provide essential services to anyone in need:
🚿 Hot Showers & 🧺 Laundry: Mobile units will be on-site for you to wash clothes and clean up.
🍲 Hot Meals: Operation BBQ will be arriving to provide hot meals.
🔋 Charging Stations: We are working to set up wireless charging for your phones and devices.
We know many of our friends at Ole Miss and those in the surrounding areas are still without power and in warming shelters. Please spread the word—our doors are open, and more help is on the way.

⏰ Relief Arrival: Friday, Jan 30
Please travel safely as road conditions improve and keep an eye out for that next cold snap. We’re in this together, Oxford!
