Cancelation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at Pure Platinum A Hair Studio LLC, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a $25 charge
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged up to 50% of the reserved service amount at the stylists discretion
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a $25 fee
We understand emergencies happen and these policies are enforced at each stylist’s discretion.

Hello everyone,
We are hosting a raffle to help raise money for Vicki’s 5-year-old niece, Sienna. Sienna was recently diagnosed with Medulloblastoma and has already undergone two brain surgeries. She will soon begin chemotherapy and radiation treatments, which means life is going to look very different for her and her family for the foreseeable future.
Our goal is to raise enough money to provide the family with a generous DoorDash gift card to help make everyday life a little easier. With Sienna’s treatment and weakened immune system, they won’t be able to leave the house as often, so having meals delivered will be a meaningful source of support during this difficult time.
If you’re able, please consider purchasing a raffle ticket or making a donation to help Vicki’s beautiful little niece and her family. Every contribution, big or small, is greatly appreciated and will make a difference.

We are so blessed that we get to expand our family here at Pure Platinum! With this great news also comes expanding our hours! These will be our hours starting April 14th but note, each staff member has a specific schedule i.e. not every stylist is in every day. Hello Facebook Friends.
It is with great pleasure and genuine excitement that were announcing the expansion of Pure Platinum A Hair Studio.
It has been my goal for years to grow the salon and hire new talented stylists.
Well, much like other areas of my life. God certainly answers prayer.
As of April, Josie Gaetano Campolattano and her amazing crew of stylist from 67 West will be joining the Pure Platinum family. We’re all very excited for the year to come. So please stop by and see us anytime.
