A little look back at a weekend spent learning, growing, and leveling up with Harper Ellis Hair Co. | Hair Extensions 🤍✨

A few weeks ago, members of The Studio team attended the Harper Ellis Extension School of Business, and we’re still taking so much of what we learned back behind the chair.

At The Studio, continuing education is a huge part of who we are. We believe being a great stylist goes beyond creating beautiful hair. It’s about constantly learning how to better serve our clients, strengthen our skills, and build careers that continue to grow.

From building and retaining a clientele to creating stronger consultations, tracking our goals, and learning new systems for the salon, the weekend gave us so many tools to help us continue raising the bar.

We’re so grateful for opportunities like this that allow our team to keep learning, growing, and becoming better for each and every client who sits in our chairs ✨
