Happy New Month Family!

As we continue to navigate this ever-changing economy, there are certain changes necessary in order to provide you the best skin care services. This email will highlight some of the recent changes to several processes here at Skin Luxe Medispa. Please take your time to read and understand how this may impact you.

COMMUNICATION: The best way to reach me is via email or messaging through the square app where you book appointments. The business phone line has been inundated with too many spam calls and texts to keep up with. If you need to urgently reach me to cancel an appointment, please email me at [email protected]. Or send a message in the appointment app.

BOOKING: Effective immediately, there will be a booking deposit of $50 required for every appointment prior to confirmation. The deposit will be applied at checkout after your service. If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule the same day for a future appointment within a month, the deposit will be applied to your service. All deposits will be forfeited after a 30-day period. NO EXECPTIONS! All pending appointments will receive an invoice from me shortly. Once the deposit is paid, I will confirm your appointment.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: The holidays through the end January is usually a slow period in our industry. I will be closed from December 10th through January 15th. Please book those holiday services now as I will not be taking any clients during that time.

I am committed to providing you with the best skin care services, however, changes are necessary to keep the doors open. Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to serving you soon.

LED Light therapy is one of the treatment modalities we use at Skin Luxe. These light emitting diodes are powerful enough to kill acne bacteria and produce collagen. LED light therapy is included with all of our facials and signature Hydrafacial.
