Growing up in our family’s business over the last 45 years, we have always been in awe and had utmost respect of companies that have been in business for so many years!
We know first and foremost it takes the guidance of the Lord, amazing customer service, a great product, and exceptional employees to keep a company going that long!
We are beyond proud of the 45 years of blood, sweat, and tears (literally) that our family has overcome to be in business for this milestone. However, we are even more proud of the way in which we have evolved and embraced change. Even when change is scary and unpredictable, we continued to produce value to our clients and create a culture in which passionate individuals wanted to be a part!
By all means, DO NOT stop counting the years…but make sure you are also making them count by glorifying God, loving people, loving what you do, remembering everyday why you do it and sharing that story with others. Thankful for the support of our Merle customers who are our extended FAMILY! We have loved serving you over the last 45 years, and look forward to the next 45!!!
