Home air-filter change from 08/18/19-01/12/20.

I last changed our home air filter on 12/11/19. Lots of cooking, using the fireplace and normal airborne particles assisted with the premature replacement. Worth the change but gross!

2018 was great for my resolution/goal of running 365 hours, with an average of 5.5 miles per hour, logging roughly 2007.5 miles. Have a great active 2019.

Remember to change your home air filter as needed, and it’s a great excuse, rather reason to go to a hardware store. I last changed ours 10/25/18, depending on how much and what we cook, humidity from the ocean, fireplace, dust, etc..

One of my favorite snacks became vegetarian. Morning Star brand black bean patties was vegan, but stated using GMO products, is now made with no GMO but has animal products. Either way, it’s still pretty damn tasty.

What looks like crab on my plate is the truffle-honey chicken from The Cheescake Factory...absolutely amazing!
