This is a good brief visual of what cupping does for the body

Cupping Therapy is a profound recovery technique that employs silicone or glass cups to create suction on the skin. This gentle lifting not only decompresses the muscles and fascia but also enhances blood circulation, reduces muscle stiffness, and breaks up adhesions, thereby accelerating the body’s natural healing process. Unlike traditional massage that pushes tissue down, cupping elevates the tissue, offering a unique method to support physical recovery. Widely used by chiropractors and athletes, this method is known for relieving muscle tightness and improving the range of motion, facilitating faster recovery after intense workouts or injuries. By allowing the body to lift the tension and boost recovery, cupping therapy gives your body the breath of relief it needs to thrive. 🔥 CUPPING MARKS: What Do They Really Mean? 🔥 Did you know the color of cupping marks may reflect how your body is responding after therapy? 👀 🩷 Light Pink → Healthy circulation ❤️ Bright Red → Mild tension / restriction 💗 Dark Pink/Red → Moderate stagnation 💜 Purple/Dark Red → Chronic tightness or poor circulation 🖤 Dark Purple/Black → Severe stagnation patterns 🟡 Yellow/Pale → Recovery & healing phase ⚠️ Remember: Cupping marks are not bruises in the traditional sense and can vary from person to person. Color alone doesn’t diagnose a condition — always interpret findings with proper clinical assessment. 💬 Have you ever tried cupping therapy?
