The way you help people matters more than the title next to your name. Don't underestimate the good you do just by being yourself.

Keep going.

Let me clarify something as politely and as professionally as possible.

If I, or a member of staff refuse to perform a service. Whether it’s due to a safety concern, anatomy, pre-existing work, time or schedule constraints, or it’s beyond our scope of work…..

The answer is UNEQUIVOCALLY NO. That is not an opportunity to offer more money, debate, plead, argue or continue the conversation. To do so is not only disrespectful to the artist, but definitely to others currently in the shop paying for services. Also patrons under the influence will be asked to leave. This is the first time I’ve had to be “the boss,” it’s not a title I’ve coveted for this exact reason but I will absolutely handle it as necessary in future situations.

Please respect the artists, shop, and other clients. Thank you in advance
