Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Attention all clients, I kindly ask that you give me
at least a 24 hour notice in the event that you must cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.
This gives me an opportunity to contact guests on my waiting list to fill the appointment time. Violation of this policy will result in a cancellation fee of $25 and may require future appointments scheduled to have a credit card on file.

I would like to let you know of a few policies I have in place before confirming your lash appointment—
If you know that you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please reschedule. This makes sure I have adequate time for each guest.
I ask that all of my clients please text me upon arriving for your appointment and wait in your vehicle until I have given you the green light to come inside. This helps to reduce foot traffic in the salon and gives me ample time to sanitize before each clients appointment.
There will be client intake forms that I require to be filled out upon arriving for your lash appointment. These forms acknowledge my cancellation policy, allergies, and COVID-19 precautions.

⇢If you must cancel your lash appointment with me, Jade, at PüR Bliss Salon, I ask for a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment.
⇢If you do not contact me within the 24 hours before your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged.
⇢If you do not show up to your appointment on time without contacting me or rescheduling 24 hours prior to your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged.
⇢If 15 minutes has went past your scheduled appointment time, the spot will go to the next client booked with me, unless discussed otherwise.

I do understand that emergencies happen so if one arises, please let me know so I can accommodate you properly.
