* Over-washing or under-washing- saturate your hair like the market, throughly rinse until you see clear water, 🚫hot water
* Not properly conditioning- take your time and nourish your hair.
* Neglecting the scalp- like plants need water, like your engine needs oil, so does your scalp!
* Excessive heat- we all know heat causes damage, keep your strands protected like you do your hands when touching a hot oven.
* Sleeping without satin protection- now why would you want to do that?!!!
