Road trip to Oregon. We had the best food in Eugene at the Raw vegan restaurant Coco Nut. We drove to the coast.. absolutely beautiful and one of my top favorite states. ❤️🍓🌿🥥🥭🪼🥀

I have felt like I have had some emotional blocks and been a bit in a rut recently. Spending time with what I love always brings me back into alignment and helps me focus on what I want to create.

How do I put in words this incredibly glorious, blissful, painful journey of life? Life breaks us down and breaks us open again and again. When we lose something or someone so dear to us It teaches us courage to feel deeply and to face ourselves. It takes us into all the layers of love, even through the dark spaces of our heart. This journey humbles us into truth and the rising of love again and again.
Our dear Karie lived life being truly herself, she lived and loved brightly. Today she would have been 51 yrs old. I hope she is free somewhere dancing with all beautiful things unseen.
Happy Birthday karie! We miss you so much!
