I work Tuesday-Friday from 11am-6pm😊 I'm Lisa, and I LOVE massage! I've been massaging for almost 9 years, focusing on the medical benefits of massage since 2019. I've worked in spa settings, in clinics with chiropractic doctors, and have found a combination of both styles to fit a Therapeutic approach for your overall wellness. Come see me for post-surgery rehab, deep tissue, pregnancy, or you just need to relax. I can't wait to share what I've learned with you all!

Infant massage isn't just about the powerful physical benefits that babies experience as a result of nurturing touch. It's about creating a moment. Parent in the early stages is go-go-go. Constant choices to be made and things to question and moments to stress.
When nurturing touch is baked into our routines as parents, we remind ourselves to slow down. To tune out the noise and connect with what matters. To appreciate the gift of family. 💜

One of the most common misconceptions clients bring into a session is that deep tissue means as much pressure as possible.
Real deep tissue work is about accessing specific layers of muscle with the right technique, not just pushing harder. The therapists who understand this protect their bodies, get better results, and have clients who actually feel better the next day instead of just sore.
