y lifestyle. I have been on this journey now since 2009 when I first got diagnosed with celiac disease. I have now been diagnosed since then with raynaud's syndrome, lymphocytic colitis and IBD - they don't know if it is crohn's or ulcerative colitis. I have three kids and work full-time. So I KNOW how hard it can be. I work at a printing company as my main job, but I also am a Medical Massage Therapist and Gymnastics Coach. I love the human body and all that it is about. My husband Dave has always been into fitness. He has been struggling as he is coming into his 40th year and has challenged himself to get into shape. He is a mechanical engineer so he enjoys knowing how everything works and seeing results. As a father of 3 and a husband who sometimes has to play Mr. Mom when I am not feeling well - he has his hands full! There is so much we can learn from each other and that is the BEST part of this page. I want to do some challenges - food, exercise, etc. I want people to challenge us.
