Just want to throw a reminder out really quick.

I am a one man band, when things go wrong or things pop up unexpectedly, I occasionally have to move my schedule around. I don’t have employees or anyone I can reschedule you with. I am the mom of an accident prone toddler (if you know him, you know lol) and sometimes life happens. I have zero cancellation policy or a no-show policy. I am extremely lenient because I understand life happens. It happens to me all the time. ALL. THE. TIME.

We have had a death in our family this week, that requires me to move things around for the calling hours and the service and whatever else my family may need.

Please, please have the same understanding with me that I do with all of you. I HATE moving things around. Trust me, it pains me to do it because it sets off everything else for the week. If I ever have to move things around, I WILL get you in. I WILL come in on a day off, 6 AM or 11 at night. Whatever works best for you. I will ALWAYS accommodate.

I appreciate the patience and understanding.
