Well friends, after growing a whole human, welcoming a beautiful baby boy into the world, and taking an unexpected detour with a fractured foot (0/10, do not recommend 😅), I’m excited to share that I’m slowly making my way back to the things I love most.

My foot is healing up nicely, baby snuggles are still my favorite hobby, and beginning July 13th, I’ll be returning to Karma Oasis Spa & Wellness. 💛

Life looks a little different these days. My schedule won’t be quite the same as before because being present for my babies is my biggest priority.

Teaching yoga has always filled my soul, and I can’t wait to share movement, mindfulness, laughter, and a little bit of hippie magic with your kiddos again.
