Lately I’ve been working with my clients to restore their nails for more health and strength. This is a good example picture. From line 1 to the tip of the nail you can see damage from over-filing. The arrows are pointing at spots on the surface that are called “rings of fire” from where it has been filed down too thin. These can sometimes be painful. Lines 2 and 3 are the areas we’ve been working on where the nail is much healthier and there are no rings of fire.
