I am so thankful for the city of Palestine and their help this week. I know they take a lot of heat and I just wanted to take a minute to give them honor. Despite the defamation and slander we have endured the last couple of weeks. We do not in fact have any water leak or problem here at Sanctuary Retreat. The allegations brought against us are false. The city and Carroll Plumbing spent hours at our salon on Tuesday 08/31/21 they really went above and beyond in helping us….They discovered a drainage issue in the street. We share a drain with the building next to us and that drain was backing up into the building next to us. They were prompt in fixing it the very next evening. All though it didn’t affect our building it was effecting our neighbors.
If you have seen the sign posted on their building blaming us or heard rumors of our negligence, please know we have bent over backwards to help fix whatever the problem was . None was found in our building.
Thank you city of Palestine and Carroll Plumbing for your help in clearing our name. As always we love serving the city of Palestine especially the historic downtown area and serving our community. Come see us at 404 N Magnolia!
