We know change is annoying, but this helps us keep things fair for our stylists (and it protects the time you book too).

✨Here’s what’s new:

▪️48 hours’ notice is needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment — easy peasy, no fee.

▪️Cancel inside that window? A 30% fee applies to the scheduled service.

▪️No-show? That one’s 60% of the service.
You’ll get a reminder text 72 hours out, so this never sneaks up on you.

▪️Deposits: some services require one, collected once your appointment is confirmed. Cancel or reschedule with proper notice and it’s refunded or carried over — cancel late or no-show and it’s forfeited toward your fee.

▪️If we can’t run the card on file, you’ll get an invoice that must be paid before your next booking.

“Vivids will FADE UGLY” they say… I say FALSEEEE!!! With proper technique, and proper at home care some vivids can last MONTHS! This is over 11 weeks of fading!!! Keep in mind this vivid application survived a cruise, which means pool and seawater! The more saturated your initial color is, the more longevity you can get out of your vivid haircolor!
