The procedure is considered permanent because the pigment used to create the line can remain in your skin forever, however, the longevity of the color and its visibility will fade over time. Eye doctors (Ophthalmologists and Optometrists) also recommend permanent eyeliner to patients who wear contact lenses, have watery eyes, or are allergic to regular makeup.

Eyeliner Shape and Design

Eyeliner “frames” the eyes and can make eyelashes appear darker, fuller, or thicker.
