At Aesthetics at Cima Health, we’re BIG on hydration because dehydrated skin can look tired, textured, and uneven. And when it comes to regular exfoliation — gentle is key.

A light chemical exfoliation can usually be done daily if your skin tolerates it, or 2–3x per week. This helps remove buildup, smooth texture, and bring back that glow.

Your skin doesn’t always need more products… sometimes it just needs consistency.
