Get yourself refrigerated gel eye pads or mask, set your timer for 10 minutes, visualize, and set a goal for the day. Have your voice recorder handy in case you need to take notes. Sip your coffee , set your intentions, reduce puffiness and lighten dark circles….. a little “Me Time” goes a long way!
