A successful facial rejuvenation shouldn’t change who you are.
It should restore what time has gradually changed.
Notice what’s different:
✨ A more defined jawline
✨ Improved midface support
✨ Softer lower-face heaviness
✨ Better facial balance
Notice what’s not different:
She still looks like herself.
At DelMar Aesthetics, we don’t chase trends or overfill faces.
Our philosophy is simple:
Restore support. Respect anatomy. Preserve identity.
That’s why our approach focuses on structural correction, addressing the underlying support of the face rather than simply adding volume where aging becomes visible.
Because the most beautiful result isn’t one that looks “done.”
It’s one that makes people say:
“You look so refreshed.”
Not,
“What did you have done?”
LIFTED. YOU.
✨ Structural correction. Natural result.

Filler is an incredible tool… when it’s treating the right problem.
One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that every sign of aging needs more filler.
It doesn’t.
In fact, adding volume to the wrong area can make the face look heavier, wider, or overfilled without addressing the real cause of aging.
Before reaching for filler, ask yourself:
Is this a volume problem… or a support problem?
Here are a few examples:
✨ Sagging cheeks?
The issue may be tissue descent—not volume loss. Repositioning tissue or stimulating collagen may be more effective than adding filler.
✨ Jowls?
Jowls are often caused by fat pad descent, ligament laxity, and changes in the SMAS layer. More filler along the jawline isn’t always the answer.
✨ Deep nasolabial folds?
The fold itself is often the symptom. The cause may be loss of support higher in the face.
✨ Crepey skin?
Filler won’t improve skin texture. Treatments that stimulate collagen and improve skin quality are often a better choice.
✨ Neck laxity?
This is usually related to skin, muscle, and structural support—not volume.
That’s why every treatment plan should start with one question:
What layer is actually causing the concern?
At DelMar Aesthetics, we don’t believe in treating every problem with filler.
We believe in choosing the right treatment for the right anatomical layer—whether that’s skin rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, neuromodulators, structural lifting, or strategically placed filler.
Because sometimes the best filler treatment…
…is no filler at all.
✨ Correct layer. Correct result.

Your jawline didn’t disappear overnight.
In fact, most jawline aging is the result of three different anatomical changes happening at the same time.
Understanding which layer is responsible is the first step toward choosing the right treatment.
1️⃣ Bone Loss
Over time, the jawbone gradually loses volume and projection. This reduces the foundation that supports the overlying tissues, leading to a softer, less defined jawline.
Potential treatments:
✔️ Strategic structural filler for support and contour
✔️ Biostimulatory treatments to support collagen production
✔️ Prevention through skin and tissue preservation
⸻
2️⃣ Fat Descent
Facial fat doesn’t simply disappear—it shifts downward.
As support structures weaken, fat pads descend toward the lower face, contributing to heaviness, jowls, and loss of definition.
Potential treatments:
✔️ French Lift® to reposition descended tissue
✔️ Strategic filler when true volume loss exists
✔️ Skin tightening treatments such as Morpheus8 or SkinTyte®
⸻
3️⃣ Platysma Changes
The platysma muscle extends from the neck into the lower face. With age, it becomes more active and prominent, pulling tissue downward and contributing to jowls and neck laxity.
Potential treatments:
✔️ Neurotoxin (Botox®) for platysmal bands and downward pull
✔️ French Lift® for lower-face support
✔️ Skin tightening and collagen stimulation treatments
⸻
The mistake many people make is assuming every jawline concern needs filler.
But filler addresses volume. It doesn’t reposition tissue.
That’s why the best treatment plan starts with understanding the cause—not just treating the symptom.
✨ Bone.
✨ Fat.
✨ Muscle.
Three different layers. Three different solutions.
Correct layer. Correct result.

Lip filler has evolved.
A decade ago, the goal was often simple:
More volume.
Today, the conversation is different.
The most beautiful lips aren’t necessarily bigger.
They’re balanced.
They’re hydrated.
They’re defined.
And most importantly, they complement the rest of the face.
Modern lip enhancement focuses on:
✨ Restoring hydration
✨ Improving border definition
✨ Enhancing shape and symmetry
✨ Softening age-related volume loss
✨ Preserving natural movement and expression
Because lips should never be the first thing people notice about your face.
They should simply look healthy, youthful, and harmonious.
At DelMar Aesthetics, our goal isn’t to create trendy lips.
It’s to create lips that fit you.
Natural is the new luxury.
✨ Natural. Lifted. Still You.

Your cheekbone didn’t disappear.
The way your face is supported changed.
One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that aging causes the cheeks to simply “lose volume.”
The reality is more complex.
As we age:
• Deep and superficial fat pads shrink and descend
• Retaining ligaments weaken
• The SMAS layer loses support
• Facial tissues shift downward with gravity
The result?
A flatter midface, deeper folds around the mouth, loss of contour, and a heavier lower face.
This is why adding volume alone doesn’t always create a natural result.
When the underlying support system isn’t addressed, more filler may add fullness—but it doesn’t necessarily restore youthful structure.
At DelMar Aesthetics, we evaluate the cause of facial aging, not just the symptom.
Because true rejuvenation is about restoring support, repositioning tissue, and creating balance—not simply chasing volume.
✨ Structure before volume.
✨ Treat the cause, not the symptom.
✨ Natural. Lifted. Still You.

“The goal isn’t to replace lost volume. The goal is to restore lost support.”

Structure before volume.
One of the biggest mistakes in aesthetics is treating every sign of aging with more filler.
Facial aging is often a support issue—not a volume issue.
By focusing on facial structure first, we can create results that look natural, balanced, and age-appropriate.
Because looking refreshed will always be in style.
06/18/2026
The goal of a facelift should never be to look “lifted.”
It should be to look like you—just refreshed.
So why do some facelifts look obvious?
Because facial aging is complex, and not all lifting techniques respect the natural anatomy of the face.
When facial tissues are pulled in the wrong direction, over-tightened, or treated without considering the underlying support structures, the result can appear unnatural.
Natural-looking rejuvenation follows anatomy:
✓ Restores support where support has been lost
✓ Respects facial proportions
✓ Repositions descended tissue
✓ Preserves natural facial expression
✓ Avoids the “pulled” or “windswept” appearance
The best results don’t announce themselves.
Most people won’t ask, “Did you have work done?”
They’ll simply tell you:
“You look amazing.”
At DelMar Aesthetics, we believe facial rejuvenation should enhance your features—not change them.
Natural. Lifted. Still You.

Most people think facial aging starts with wrinkles.
It doesn’t.
The biggest changes typically occur below the cheekbone, where the face loses support over time.
As we age:
• Fat pads descend
• Retaining ligaments weaken
• The SMAS layer loses support
• The jawline softens
• Jowls begin to form
• Nasolabial folds deepen
That’s why simply filling a wrinkle often doesn’t create a natural result.
The wrinkle is usually the symptom.
The structural changes underneath are often the cause.
At DelMar Aesthetics, we evaluate the face as a system—not just individual lines or folds—because understanding why something is happening leads to better, more natural-looking outcomes.
The goal isn’t more volume.
It’s restoring support where support has been lost.
✨ Natural. Lifted. Still You.

The neck is often one of the first areas to reveal structural aging — yet it’s treated very differently than the face.
Unlike the midface, the neck is affected by a unique combination of:
• thinner skin
• muscle activity
• collagen loss
• fat distribution
• gravity and skin laxity
This is why a single treatment is rarely the complete answer.
True neck rejuvenation often requires a combination approach focused on skin quality, structural support, tightening, and balance.
Understanding why the neck ages differently is what allows treatments to look natural — not overdone.
At DelMar Aesthetics, every treatment plan is customized to the anatomy of the area being treated, because facial rejuvenation is never one-size-fits-all.
Refined. Balanced. You.
LIFTED. NOT FILLED.
A younger face isn’t always a fuller face.
When facial tissues descend with age, adding volume alone often fails to address the real problem: loss of support.
This result was achieved by repositioning tissue—not by chasing volume.
Notice the:
✨ Improved jawline definition
✨ Softer jowls
✨ Better lower face support
✨ More refreshed appearance
No exaggerated cheeks.
No overfilled look.
No “done” appearance.
Just a more youthful version of the face that was already there.
At DelMar Aesthetics, we believe facial rejuvenation should respect anatomy. That’s why our approach focuses on restoring structure before considering volume.
Lift where lifting is needed. Fill only where filling is needed.
