Truthfully, I don’t film very much during treatments. I’d rather my clients feel completely immersed in the experience, melting into the bed, fully relaxed, and not wondering whether there’s a camera nearby. 🤍

Which means I sometimes finish a full day with happy clients, beautifully cared-for skin…and one completely random three-second clip. 😂 I’m still learning this Instagram thing.

Sometimes the most effective treatment isn’t the most aggressive one. ✨

This client came in with dry, sensitized skin and visible redness but brightening was also one of her biggest goals.

With reactive skin, brighter doesn’t require aggressive treatment. Years of working with sensitive skin have taught me that knowing when to pull back can be just as important as knowing when to advance a treatment.

I customized her facial with antioxidant-rich fruit enzymes, soothing botanicals, prebiotic and probiotic-supporting ingredients, humectants and nourishing lipids to gently resurface while calming, hydrating and supporting the skin barrier.

Intentional facial massage and lymphatic techniques helped encourage circulation and leave the complexion looking rested and refreshed.

And look at the difference in brightness. Her skin appears calmer and more hydrated, with noticeably brighter, clearer and more even-looking tone after just one treatment.

Depending on your treatment, I may ask you to avoid excessive sweating, sun exposure, heat, steam or certain active ingredients for a little while. And SPF? Always. ☀️

After more than 20 years working with skin, I’ve learned that knowing when to do less is just as important as knowing when to do more.

That’s why your aftercare is customized too. I’ll let you know what to use, what to avoid and what your skin needs next.

Because lasting results are built through thoughtful treatments, the right home care and consistency.
