Ryan Rogers, CEO of Mary Kay and grandson of founder Mary Kay Ash, affirmed in an interview with Direct Selling News that the mobile commerce concentrates more than 62% of global beauty sales, a figure on which the Texas company builds its 2026 agenda.

The firm, based in Dallas and with presence in 40 countries, rolled out in 2025 an e-commerce platform integrated with social networks for its independent consultants to sell by assembling catalog, payment gateway and order tracking in one mobile stream. Foundation Finder, an artificial intelligence application that recommends the exact foundation tone from a photo, added to that infrastructure, presented as a first in global direct sale.

Rogers, who came to the executive presidency in 2023 summed up his philosophy:

Technology should amplify community, not replace it. Under that principle, new discount levels are ordered, traditional pink Cadillacs as incentive and the redesign of the 2026 Seminar in Fort Worth, focused on social media and e-commerce.

The company invoiced about $3 billion in 2025 and maintains, for the fourth year, the world's top spot in skin care and color direct sales, according to Euromonitor.
