With over 20 years of experience in the Pilates method, began her training with and expanded her expertise through , specializing in athletic Pilates. Her background also includes yoga, cycling, and strength training — alongside her personal achievements as an Ironman and CrossFit athlete.

Ashley’s approach focuses on helping clients build both immediate progress and lasting strength for lifelong movement. Whether in private sessions or group classes, she meets you where you are and supports your goals with intention and clarity.

Certified as a Pilates Instructor, Garuda Instructor, and Movement Specialist, Honey’s work is rooted in a lifelong devotion to intelligent, embodied movement.

Honey completed her Pilates training in 1999 and has since trained extensively across New York, Israel, London, and California, studying with world-renowned teachers. For the past 8 years, she has deepened her expertise in the Garuda Method, training under its creator James D’Silva, and is recognized as one of the first trained Garuda teachers in North America. Our studio operates on a rental basis, allowing instructors the freedom to retain the majority of their earnings and build their brand without compromise.
