We’re so excited to share that LUNAESCENT has launched on QVC! 🤍
And shortly after our launch, we had another wonderful milestone: QVC host Melissa McGoff featured LUNAESCENT on her August 13 Reset, Refresh & Glow for Fall show.
We loved watching Melissa beautifully demonstrate LUNAESCENT and explore its versatility live. When a viewer asked whether it could be used for makeup, Melissa decided to try it on the spot, and we loved watching that discovery happen in real time!

What an inspiring day at the SoCal Spa & Wellness Collective’s Connect at the beautiful JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa!
As a new brand, I was incredibly grateful for the opportunity to introduce LUNAESCENT, our patented touch-free skincare delivery system, and connect with so many passionate spa and wellness leaders from across Southern California.
A heartfelt thank you to Gina Jacoby Clemente and the entire SoCal Spa Wellness Collective 🌿 team for creating such a welcoming and collaborative community. It was a day filled with meaningful conversations, new relationships, and the chance to connect with both incredible spa professionals and fellow founders.
A special thank you to Mark Wuttke for an insightful presentation on the importance of building trusted partnerships between brands and spa leaders, and to Terese Wuttke for sharing her passion and experience in the spa and esthetics industry.
I’m especially grateful that many of the conversations have continued beyond the event, and I’m excited about the opportunities ahead.

Sometimes the biggest barrier to healthy skin isn’t the skincare itself. It’s using it consistently.
In this clip from LIVE WITH LUNAESCENT, Plastic Surgeon Dr. Kristelle Lusby shares a story that perfectly illustrates why.
A patient wanted treatment for dark spots but wasn’t wearing sunscreen. Dr. Lusby explained that treating pigmentation without daily sun protection would only lead to the spots returning.
The surprising reason? He didn’t like getting sunscreen on his hands, so he skipped it and rarely reapplied throughout the day.
Her solution was simple: she gave him a LUNAESCENT touch-free applicator. Now he’s wearing sunscreen every day.
That story resonated with me because I had my own barrier to sunscreen reapplication. I didn’t like touching my face with unwashed hands when I was away from home, and I wasn’t a fan of inhaling spray sunscreens or using sticky sunscreen sticks. Sometimes improving a routine is simply about removing the small obstacles that keep us from being consistent.
Dr. Lusby also shares why she uses LUNAESCENT with her own medical-grade skincare line. When products are carefully formulated and often expensive, every drop matters.

Eighteen years ago, my son’s eczema diagnosis changed the course of my career.
At the time, the primary treatment options available were topical steroid medications. While they helped many patients, I remember feeling frustrated by how difficult it was to understand exactly how much product was being applied, how effectively it was being distributed, and whether we were using more medication than necessary.
That experience planted the seed for what would eventually become LUNAESCENT.
My goal was simple: create a better way to apply skincare and topical products with greater consistency, transparency, and control, while helping ensure effective coverage without unnecessary waste.
Today, the eczema landscape has evolved dramatically. Patients now have access to targeted therapies, biologics, and new treatment approaches that simply weren’t available back then. For some, these innovations have been life-changing. For others, the journey remains complex and highly individual.
That’s why the work Kelly Barta and ITSAN are doing is so important. They create space for education, research, dialogue, and support around topics that are often misunderstood, including Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW).
I’m looking forward to attending the ITSAN TSW Summit in Atlanta this July and learning from researchers, healthcare professionals, advocates, patients, and fellow caregivers who are helping advance this conversation.
I’m also excited to connect with the team at Codex Labs, whose inside-and-out approach to skin health continues to push the industry forward.
