I used to think if I could just manage everything…

�how someone showed up

I’d finally feel at ease

but the more I tried to control it all
�the more disconnected I felt

from myself
�from my body
�from my life

so I started shifting my focus

not on a man
�not on the outcome

but on how I show up for myself

✨what I’m tending to
�✨what I’m creating
�✨what I’m building in my own world

right now, that looks like this

a home that’s still being restored…
�and learning to find peace inside of that

this is where I’ve found my power

begin again… even here

even when it’s not quiet
even when you’re being climbed on
even when it’s not “perfect”

this still counts

this is how I come back to my body
not by escaping my life…
but by moving inside of it
