We have a new service in town!!! Ice baths are now available. An ice bath is a recovery technique where you immerse your body (usually up to your waist or shoulders) in cold water filled with ice, typically for 5–15 minutes. It’s popular among athletes and fitness enthusiasts for its potential benefits, such as:
Reducing muscle soreness: Cold temperatures may help decrease inflammation and muscle pain after intense exercise.
