Today I gave myself a little trim ~ not because I’m trying to make my hair shorter, but because sometimes it feels good to release what no longer serves us and create space for new growth ✨

As someone who views hair as an extension of our energy, I love using moments like the full moon as a reminder to let go, reset, and realign 💫

And even if you’re growing your hair out like I am, regular maintenance still matters. A light dusting of the ends every couple of months can help keep the hair looking healthier, minimize split ends, and support your long-term hair goals 🌿

Growth isn’t always about holding on. Sometimes it’s about releasing just enough to allow something even better to flourish 🤍✨

I had the pleasure of cutting this sweet little 2-year-old this morning 🤍✂️ no pic this time but she was adorable + so was her new haircut:)

One thing I always want parents to know is that it’s perfectly okay if little ones need a little extra time to warm up 💫

Sometimes they sit right down and are ready to go. Sometimes they want to stay in mom or dad’s lap. Sometimes we play their favorite song on repeat 27 times 😆🎶 And sometimes we just take things one step at a time.

My goal is never to rush the experience. It’s to help children feel safe, comfortable, and successful while getting the haircut they need 🌈
