Best closing story ever! Bob , Pat and George...(in the middle) Are neighbors and best friends. Bob and Pat decided to make Florida their permanent home, and needed to upsize from their villa. Much to the dismay of Bob and George, who have coffee every morning and argue sports, they knew this would change. Well I found them a perfect move in ready house DIRECTLY behind George's villa!!! Unbeknownst to George until this morning, we entered contract and closed yesterday!!! This was his face when we sprung the suprise on him today!!! ❤️🙏 Blessings Abound!!
