That’s why it’s so important to give ourselves permission to pause, breathe, and nurture our own well-being — to create a sacred place within ourselves where healing, grounding, and balance can happen. 🌿

We feel incredibly grateful to have Natalia as part of our wellness family. Ten years is such a beautiful milestone, and when we look back, we’re filled with appreciation for all the care, kindness, and heart she has shared with our clients and with us.

Natalia’s specialty and primary therapy offering is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy — a gentle, deeply relaxing approach that creates a safe and nurturing environment for the body to settle, restore, and support its natural healing process.

In April 2012, Natalia began studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Saratoga Springs, NY, completing her training in November 2014.

“I embrace Craniosacral Therapy. It is a relaxing and gentle hold which provides a safe and nurturing environment for the body, which is essential to facilitate healing.”

Natalia also brings experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Cupping Therapy, and Myofascial Release.

Natalia has a truly special way of making people feel safe, cared for, and at ease. Her gentle presence, her compassion, and the love she puts into her work are felt by everyone who has the privilege of receiving a session with her.

After a wonderful summer in New York spending precious time with her children and grandchildren, we are especially happy to welcome her home.
