So we are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist! 🌿 Our front desk team is essential to creating a seamless, elevated experience for both clients and providers. We value professionalism, accountability, and a genuine passion for wellness.

We are seeking a professional, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to support client experience, scheduling, and daily front desk operations in our wellness setting. This role requires working knowledge of therapies, therapists, and services to ensure proper scheduling and exceptional care.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in supporting providers, maintaining service flow, and upholding high standards of professionalism.

• Part-time position
• Example shift: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Hours may vary based on needs

Responsibilities
• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling with awareness of therapist specialties, service timing, and room flow
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all therapies, enhancements, and retail offerings
• Match clients with appropriate therapists and services
• Process payments, packages, and gift certificates
• Open and/or close the office following established procedures
• Handle phones, voicemails, and messages promptly
• Support therapists and aestheticians with daily communication and coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front desk environment
• Maintain client confidentiality and communicate with professionalism, discretion, and compassion

• Ability to learn about our providers and therapies and confidently speak about them with clients
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness, medical, or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and calm demeanor
• Comfortable with scheduling software and POS systems
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

We’re looking for 2 models to participate in an upcoming massage photo shoot! Photography will be provided by Jolise Photography.

This is a relaxed, professional shoot and no modeling experience is required. The selected models must be comfortable with areas of the body being exposed and professionally draped as needed for massage photography. Photos will also include Buccal Massage, a specialized technique that involves massage work inside the mouth.

By participating, you must consent to photos being used on our website, social media, and other advertising and promotional materials.

As a thank-you, the selected models will receive a complimentary 60 minute massage session scheduled for another day. The photo shoot itself is separate from the complimentary massage appointment.
