Do you want to solve your digestive issues, find more energy, love being in your own skin? It can b I spent years with digestive issues. That is where I come in.

Like everyone, I am always striving to be in better health. However, I can say that I have overcome digestive issues and want to help my clients do the same. My purpose is to help my clients reach their health goals. Clients know what to do, they just don't do it. I help clients reach their goals. I am a cheerleader and a tough love coach. I expect my clients to have fun in the process as well as change from old habits to new, long lasting behaviors.

Hi friends! I wanted to share with you this photo of the carrots I picked up at Life Farms (Lifefarms.net) today. I think they are so pretty. Not sure why they are so beautiful to me but more importantly, they are so beneficial to my body. Here's just a few benefits of carrots:

Respect your mind and body. Ask yourself “is this food/activity going to provide nourishment and fuel for my body? Is it showing respect to my body?” If the answer is “No”, what can you choose to do instead? What can you do differently to show respect to your body?
Ultimately, make choices that you will be happy with in 10 minutes and/or when you wake up tomorrow. Make self-respecting choices.
