Welcome to Thanksgiving week! This week I would like to say how thankful I am to all of you who have continued to support me, and others in our industry. It has not been an easy road for any of us, in the beauty industry, during the pandemic. We are SO THANKFUL that we are able to provide services again for events like Thanksgiving, to our clients.

As many of you know, I am working at Cut Barber at 1109 North Palm Canyon in Palm Springs. You can always book an appointment with me at www.cutbarber.com . Make sure you book with Lee.

At any rate, I have had this type of situation happen a couple of times here in the Palm Springs area. Just this morning I had a 91 year old client (though I swear he looked like he was in his early 70’s). Anyway, he was telling me what is going on in his life and apparently he slipped and fell several weeks back and must have hit his head because he woke up several days later, in the hospital…. But only because he didn’t show up to meet with his friends for coffee 2 days later. He then also told me that someone else has recently been ordering stuff from his Amazon account (to the tune of $7k). I asked if he has anyone checking in on him from time to time and he says he has 2 great nieces who live about 2 hours away. I made sure to tell him that he needed to report the thefts to the local police. I want to be a friend and be there for my clients, and offered assistance, but I felt like that is all I could do, without seeming like I was a freak.
