Here is the ultimate Tiny Bubbles guide to keeping your glow intact all summer long:
✨ FOR YOUR HAIR:
The Pre-Pool Rinse: Wet your hair with clean tap water before you jump in. Your hair is like a sponge—if it’s already full of clean water, it absorbs less chlorine!
Coat & Protect: Leave a little conditioner or hair oil in your wet hair before swimming to create a protective barrier.
Post-Swim Wash: Wash that chlorine out immediately with a clarifying shampoo, followed by a heavy-duty deep conditioning treatment.
✨ FOR YOUR SKIN:
Layer Wisely: Apply your sunscreen 15–20 minutes before you step into the sun so it actually has time to bond with your skin.
The Post-Pool Cleanse: Chlorine dries out your skin barrier. Wash off immediately after swimming with a gentle, hydrating cleanser—skip the harsh scrubs.
Lock in Moisture: Slather on a hyaluronic acid serum or a rich moisturizer while your skin is still damp from the shower to lock in deep hydration.
