It's been a long time since I've reintroduced myself on here

My name is Chris Winzer I'm owner of Winzer Hair Salon and Records
I was born and raised in the desert (Coachella Valley) climbing the mountains and playing in the dirt
I graduated from Palm Desert High School in 1992

My major interests growing up were photography,reading,doing hair,music and traveling the world did all of them except learning to play an instrument it's never too late though🤷‍♀️

I moved to Seattle, Washington in 1994 to attend Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty in 1995 (cosmetology school) it was the funnest most hardworking year of my life I met so many wonderful interesting people from around the world

Since then I worked, traveled around Europe and became a single Mom to a fabulous and beautiful daughter then six years later came my handsome smart son Gabriel

In between that time I would take business and photography classes at COD I enjoy attending COD to this day I love meeting younger and older people in my classes I wish I could be a student full time because the learning should never end but then I know I'd miss doing hair

Nowadays I stay busy working at the salon and record store which I'm getting ready to open up our Discogs (online record store) again
What I've learned about music in the research is that there's so much great stuff out there that people haven't heard of including myself (thank you Mr. Winzer🙏🏼)

After two tries I finally got all the black out of my hair with minimal damage I would've liked it to come out blonder but I didn't want to press my luck
