While the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA) appropriates millions of dollars towards a speculative mining road, the people of Ambler, Alaska, have been without running water since March.

Five months of no water or sewer has been devastating for the village of Ambler- people have been getting sick, it's difficult to keep things clean, and morale is low as it is difficult to be motivated to do anything when getting water to drink is difficult, washing up is a huge chore, and there aren't working bathrooms.

We are working with representatives from Ambler to figure out how best to get aid to Ambler, as they were denied FEMA funding and the State of Alaska has been dragging it's feet to fix the thousands of feet of piping in Ambler.

Birch sap, $7 a gallon with your own containers. Local fill up only, 5 gallon cap per person/visit. Amounts more than 5 gallons require a 50% deposit and set pick up time to avoid spoilage/waste.
